Born and raised in Southern California, Konrad spent his days shredding on his skateboard, watching TV, shooting hoops, listening to comedy albums, blowing stuff up to hear how it sounds, playing football, going to school, listening to music (lots of music) and traveling the globe. Eventually, all of these interests led him into the world of audio post-production where he has been fortunate enough to experience the transition from analog to digital technology. During this time, Konrad’s worked on numerous projects ranging from nationally syndicated live radio shows such as Rockline to mixing wildly creative shows such as Robot Chicken. Today, Konrad can either be found banging away in his mixing suite, hanging out with his family, cycling with his buddies, judging debates, refereeing soccer matches, and still blowing stuff up… except now it’s for TV.
