Our legendary sound artists
Recording Mixer Chris Cirino

Chris moved to California from Ohio in 1987 to work in the film industry, but after two years of working as a production assistant and waiting tables, he shifted gears and focused on audio recording. So Chris moved across country yet again, but this time to dive into the world of audio at Full Sail University. He soon returned to LA and landed an internship with Margarita Mix, where he was hired as an assistant engineer in 1990. His many audio recording credits range from popular titles such as The Bad Batch and Star Trek Lower Decks to critically acclaimed shows like Beef, Phineas and Ferb, Palm Royale, and The Summer I Turned Pretty. Outside of work, Chris’s hobbies include paying a mortgage, repairing his 50-year-old house (usually with copious amounts of Gorilla Glue and duct tape), developing his taste for whiskey, and playing guitar and bass with friends.
Recording Mixer Bobby Garza

Bobby started his ADR recording career at Waves Sound Recorders, then freelanced for various studios until 2022, when he became a staff engineer at LA Studios. His many many credits include features such as TMNT: Mutant Mayhem and Tangles and shows such as Gravity Falls, Common Side Effects, What We Do In The Shadows, and Big Mouth and what he enjoys most about working in audio is getting to hang out with funny and talented people every day. (That, and the wild diversity of projects that come through the door.) In his free time, Bobby enjoys anything his niece and nephew are into, which right now happens to be two of Bobby’s favorite things: sports and music. He likes scary movies and eating out and enjoying the occasional cocktail. BTW: if you know of a place with a great Tamarindo Margarita, let Bobby know!
Recording Mixer Kevin Hart

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Kevin has been in and around the audio world since 2004. After graduating at the top of his class at the Los Angeles Recording School in 2014, he decided to make post-production his full-time profession. Since then, he’s recorded for films and shows like Bad Education, Bob’s Burgers, King of the Hill, The Simpsons, Lower Decks, and a variety of shows for Netflix and animated Star Wars series for LucasFilm. He has fun when he’s working but his first priority is making the recording session as creative and as comfortable as possible for everyone. When not working, he enjoys playing bass guitar for musicals and with friends, and shooting landscape photos with his camera and drone.
Recording Mixer Carlos Sotolongo

Carlos came to America from Cuba when he was four and has worked in recording studios since 1985 (his first gig was editing sound effects for the show Muppet Babies). Since then, he’s engineered and recorded audio for some of Hollywood’s most iconic and extraordinary titles, including all four Shrek movies, all the Despicable Me/Minions films, How To Train Your Dragon, and countless others. He’s also recorded ADR for hundreds of incredible tv shows, including Futurama (since 2000), Bob’s Burgers (from pilot to current season), and many of LucasFilm’s Star Wars animated shows. Carlos loves collecting and restoring vintage guitars and spending time with his four children and three grandchildren, and considers himself a very lucky man.
